Tanisha E. Lockett

Chief Operations Officer

Tanisha E. Lockett has earned a reputation for building dynamic technology teams and for meeting corporate and divisional strategic imperatives on time and within budget.


Ms. Lockett is a certified in Kepner-Tregoe, COBIT and ISO20000 and as a TIPA Lead Assessor for ITIL and ITIL Practitioner. In addition, she serves as Chair-Volunteer Coordinator and Acting Chair-Communications for the itSMF USA-National Capital LIG as well as North America Representative for the Accredited Training Organization Advisory
Council (AAC).

Hope B. Station

Chief Technology Officer / Master Trainer

Hope B. Station is a detail-oriented strategic thinker with exemplary organization, management, and customer service skills coupled with extensive technical knowledge. 


Ms. Station is a member of the itSMF National Capital LIG Leadership team where she serves as both Election Officer and Chair-Membership.  Her management expertise and training is solid and varied, providing a strong base for her ability to lead technical teams with knowledge and direction.  She is certified in ISO20000 and as a Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL Expert and meets the competency set by Axelos to be an ITIL instructor.
