Tanisha E. Lockett

Chief Operations Officer

Tanisha E. Lockett has earned a reputation for building dynamic technology teams and for meeting corporate and divisional strategic imperatives on time and within budget.

 

She excels in her current role as Chief Operations Officer for RTH Solutions, where  focuses on managing the everyday operations of the company, ensuring that all associates are fully equipped to perform at their utmost potential.

 

Ms. Lockett's greatest strength lies in the diversity of her experience – in addition to her achievements for employers. She has started and led a technology consultancy serving diverse clients in various industries. From the ground up, Ms. Lockett has built, trained and developed a cross-functional staff that included development, technology, and business consultants.

 

Ms. Lockett's professional background is complemented by a strong and diverse history of technology management certifications and business management education, from her collegiate degrees focusing on Management and Accounting to her numerous ITIL certifications. Her technical expertise and training is solid and varied, and provides a strong base for her ability to lead technical teams with knowledge and direction.

 

Ms. Lockett is a certified in Kepner-Tregoe, COBIT and ISO 20000 and as a TIPA Lead Assessor for ITIL and ITIL Practitioner. 

 

In addition, she serves as Chair-Volunteer Coordinator and Acting Chair-Communications for the itSMF USA-National Capital LIG as well as North America Representative for the Accredited Training Organization Advisory
Council (AAC).

Hope B. Station

Chief Technology Officer / Master Trainer

Hope B. Station is a detail-oriented strategic thinker with exemplary organization, management, and customer service skills coupled with extensive technical knowledge. 

 

As Chief Technology Officer and Master ITIL Instructor of RTH Solutions, she delivers guidance on process improvement, utilizing industry best practices and managing change process, policy and procedures for enterprise and inter-departmental change boards. 

 

Since 2013, Ms. Station provides delivery of ITIL Foundation, Lifecycle and Capability training to variety of industries.  Training provided to various industries including federal government agencies, universities, health care, state and local government agencies, engineering, telecommunications, entertainment and fortune 500 companies.

 

Ms. Station's leadership has led to effective methods of leveraging technology investment to effectively utilize available resources as well as manage business transformation.

 

Her professional background is complemented by a strong and diverse history of information systems and graphical engineering education, coupled with a diverse set of ITIL certifications and training.  

 

Ms. Station is a member of the itSMF National Capital LIG Leadership team where she currently serves as President.  Her previous roles included serving as both Election Officer and Chair-Membership.  Her management expertise and training is solid and varied, providing a strong base for her ability to lead technical teams with knowledge and direction. 

 

She is certified in ISO 20000 and as a Microsoft Certified Professional, ITIL Expert and meets the competency set by Axelos to be an ITIL instructor.
